We have been so grateful to our parents for how they chose to raise us. We have worked hard to reach the point where we are now, and we still have dreams to achieve! We plan to give our children similar opportunities to work by having a small farm and orchard. Having a work ethic will be an important skill our children will use as they pursue their interests and approach milestones of their life such as creative interests like musical instruments, sports, school and eventually a career. We will teach our kids as we were taught, by making tasks such as gathering eggs, feeding the horses, weeding the garden, etc a family affair. We want to encourage our children to chase their own dreams by giving them the tools and skills they need to accomplish them.

Pictures moving from left to right: The boys helping feed Grandpa's horses, Taft snacking during raspberry harvest, Brian and Camden out for a ride, the boys canning peaches, Emmett and Taft playing piano, finished canned pears, our garden, Emmett riding Eden's horse, Delilah, Brian and Eden gleaning pears, and our canned applesauce.
